AFTER-SALE ASSISTANCE

Goods must arrive palletized. Before signing the transport delivery note, customer must check and confirm total bulk numbers and its packaging.

If customer cannot check in that moment, he must mark in the transport delivery note “Pending of revision” .

If any breakage or damage on the packaging is detected we recommend you not to sign the delivery note, as if do so it will mean goods are OK. No claims will be accepted if they haven’t been notified to VICAL HOME by @mail ( incidencias@vicalhome.com ) within the next 48hrs after goods reception. If it’s a breakage please notify within 24hrs. Returns must be done in the original packaging, without having been mounted neither used.Goods with a defect will be replaced not credited, except if there is not enough stock of the item. In this case credit amount will be deducted from the next invoice. VicalHome doesn’t accept returns. In no case cost of product will be returned.Because our products are artisanal handmade, variations may be found.
